By using GrowX ("the Service"), you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the GrowX application. By creating an account or accessing any part of the Service, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
3. Subscription & Access
GrowX offers a subscription-based service. Upon subscribing, you are granted access to all features described on our pricing page for the duration of your active subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
5. Disclaimer
It is not warranted that GrowX will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
GrowX does not give any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the Service. GrowX shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims. GrowX's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. User Content & Responsibilities
GrowX is not responsible for what users do with user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish through the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of X/Twitter's terms of service.
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing as the Service evolves and improves. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on their account.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and GrowX.
